	Beef Stroganoff with potato cream, fresh tomatoes and marinated pickled cucumbers

Per serving

Meat beef (tenderloin), peeled off from films - 200 g;

Onion peeled - 120 g;

Champignons are fresh. (peeled from the stalk) - 70 g;

Vegetable oil - 100 g;

Oil cedar-sesame - 40gr;

Cream (33%) - 250 g;

Soy sauce - 6 g;

Wooster sauce - 6 g;

Tobasco sauce- 1 gr. (you can without it);

Salt pepper

Tomato juice - 40 gr.

Lemon juice - 10 gr.

Cherry tomato - 20 gr.

Greens (dill, parsley) - 5 gr.

Mashed potatoes - 200 g;

Cucumber salted (cask) - 70 g;

Onion red peeled-20 g;

Sugar - 15 g;

Sunflower unrefined oil - 15 g;

Technology of cooking and decorating dishes.

Cucumbers cut into cubes, onion cubes, season with sugar, unrefined oil.

Potatoes wrap in foil, put in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Onion chop finely and salivate until cooked.

Mushrooms cut into slices, fry, sip on a sieve, put into a cup, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cream bring to a boil, put on medium heat, slightly evaporate. Add tomato juice, soy, wochestre sauce, salt, pepper.

Meat cut into cubes with cedar-sesame oil, fry over high heat.

In the finished sauce, add the chopped onions, fried champignons, bring to taste, add roasted meat, bring to a boil.

To prepare mashed potatoes.

Put a potato cream on a dish in a row, on one side lay the beef stroganoff, on the other - marinated pickles, cherry tomatoes, decorate with greens and sprinkle with chopped dill.
