SAUCE AYOLI (HOME MAYONNAISE WITH GARLIC)
Egg (yolk) 1 pc.
Mustard Dijon ½ tsp.
Salt, pepper to taste.
Lemon juice 1 st.lozhka.
Garlic 3 cloves
Cedar-Pumpkin oil 150-200 g
Preparation
Rub the yolk with garlic grated, add salt, pepper, lemon juice, mustard. In the resulting mixture, drop the cedar-and-pumpkin oil dropwise (in the beginning) and whip the mass constantly with vigorous circular motions. Then the oil can be injected with a trickle.
PESTO
Ingredients
Fresh basil green (leaves) 60 g
Parsley fresh 60 g
Thyme and rosemary 10 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Cedar oil 150 g
Parmesan freshly ground 50 g
Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
Place the washed greens in the mixer, add the garlic and 1/3 of the cedar oil, lightly beaten with a mixer. Add salt, pepper, freshly grated Parmesan and the rest of the butter and whisk until smooth.
